MMA class assumes a base — you should already be attending Boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ at least once a week before this one. What it adds is the transitions between them: striking to clinch, clinch to takedown, takedown to ground control.
Rounds are scenario-based: a coach calls the range and you fight from wherever you land, rather than drilling one skill in isolation.
This is also where our amateur competition team trains its game plans.
